  • Hi. My son is a BIG fan of the LS400/LS430, and I'd like to find him one as a wedding car. The wedding is 5th August 2022, and it's in Crook, County Durham, North-East England. Any thoughts? Thanks for your help.

I did one once in mine for another member locally, bought some ribbons and mirror bows, washed, waxed and interior valeted the car.

Drove 15 miles to pick up the groom and best man, drove them to the church and left them to it.

A little disappointed in that I never got offered a penny for fuel or the trimmings I bought but did enjoy it all the same.

What you have to be careful with is insurance, some companies will cover the occasional wedding like they do with track days.

Obviously you’re located a long way from me otherwise you could have had a choice of cars but perhaps a more local member may offer if you cover the expenses.

Anyone? I've started to check some reviews, and so far, we're leaning towards hummer limo hire london. Do you guys know anything about this company? If price isn't an issue, what car would you recommend getting? We're looking for something really special to make the event unforgettable, so any suggestions or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

No idea where you’re based …….
Where I live on Sheppey in Kent a local wedding venue proprietor also owns and runs his fleet of white wedding cars ……. from a modern Bentley to classic cars ……. I don’t think there’s a Lexus amongst them tho’

Good luck

The LS400 and LS430 are pretty low down as regards entry and exit and do not lend themselves to elegant entry and exit for some one in a wedding dress. I think a car with a step up entrance is more suited.
