p2047 Reductant injector circuit

hi guys and gals

got the engine light on whilst driving, diagnostics shower DTC P2047 Reductand injector circuit/open. i guess it is 5th injector or connections faulty. is it worth to change the injector or map it our with pdf and egr altogether? will i need to physically remove the pdf filter from the exhaust? anybody here done this? my car is 2011 is200 2.2 diesel

I would change the injector and fix the engine correctly.

You alternative proposal would leave the car illegal for road use (with knock on insurance issues) and an MoT failure.

I suppose easier to check the electrics first? One could test with a multimeter.

Was the diagnostic test done using Techstream?

not techstream, just an universal obd reader. ill check the connections as soon as the raining stops 😁
