Exhaust Noise Maker

I have been reviewing a range of noise exhaust noise makers to fit to my Lexus LC500h. I am currently considering:

1. Thor

2. Active Sound

3. Milltek

4. Kuaftec

Does anyone know whether any of these can be fitted to this car. If anyone has any experience, do they know anyone in the Midlands that fits them.
