Please identify the part number for this clip please

Dear friends

i have contacted Lexus about this clip with a rectangular head. But when they order a clip with a round head turns up.

both a and b types are round. Any ideas on the correct part number for this clip please?

The ls430 uses a very similar clip to keep the outer door seals in place - I found these to be non removeable - you break them if you force them - I bought some not long ago when i done my door seals - if you want I can measure the head?
