I just had the first service yesterday and it's not showing up in the online history at lexus.co.uk (although the book was stamped)

The hybrid check is showing, but the video link shows as being by demo technician (which is making me wonder).

This was done at Lexus Woodfords new Hainault service centre (only open a week) so before I phone up and query should I be seeing a service as well online or does it take a few days to appear normally?

They usually appear in a few days but one of mine disappeared after an update - the Hybrid check was on there but not the service! The service book was stamped and my understanding is that the "customer" viewed online system is not the same as the "Lexus" viewed system and so I didn't bother trying to rectify as I am sure I would have been tying myself in knots.

I would give it a few days to see if it shows up.

I had a similar experience to yours which, after waiting many months to no avail, was finally corrected by an email to Lexus Customer Relations (cr@lexus.co.uk).

I might try that for my missing one in that case...

Hi @Andy B - I contacted cr@lexus.co.uk to add my missing 70K service and they have just got back to me and added it correctly into my Lexus Link car service profile - thanks for the suggestion of emailing them - fixed the small annoyance I had when it disappeared after an update to the system.
