Hi, I am James (new member). I drive a 2007 RX 400h SE. I have a problem with the ABS malfunctioning and the P/S. Both warning lights on. Just had the rear calipers and brake pads replaced. Garage could not clear the fault. Can anyone suggest any help or advice please.

Kind regards,

James

Hi James and welcome to the best Lexus forum there is and to Lexus ownership. I strongly recommend you look in the RX section of the forum and post in there. You'll get all the answers from very knowledgeable owners there.

Hi James and welcome to the LOC.

The first thing to do on any modern vehicle with warning lights on is to have any stored codes read, Lexus being part of Toyota use Techstream to interrogate and diagnose the fault codes. Any decent garage should be able to get the codes read which should point you towards the causes.

Were these lights on before the rear brake job or after?

I’ll also move your post to the RX forum as you may get more responses from there.

Thanks Steve, the warning lights were on before the recent repairs.
