satnav

Anybody else experience issues with satnav where it seems to have your location out by several hundred metres (in a field rather than on the road!)?   It some times corrects itself after a few minutes other times not.   I had one case where it was routing and all of sudden put me in a field but then corrected itself to continue the route but was very confused taking me through a residential area when clearly not necessary.   Its been into to the dealer for them to check and is fully up to date according to to the dealer but still does it once in a while.

We have had this on our LC and NX both with CY17 systems. The latest software updates seem to have fixed it.

Not an issue with either my GS450h or my ES300h (although I am 99% of the time using Google maps on the ES now).

Have very similar problems on my ES300H system, especially trying to cancel a route.

I use my Garmin, which is far superior in every respect to the system Lexus has fitted.

Apart from which, I can download four free updates every year!

It’s the most disappointing feature of the car and why a company that can install a Mark Levinson audio system can’t source a competent satnav is a puzzle indeed.
