Does the hybrid battery display ever read full?

Hi

I've had my RX450h  2016  reg for a month now (before that i had a RX400h for 8 years.) Just been looking at the hybrid Battery recharge display while driving and noticed the traction Battery only seems to get three quarters full. I haven't driven it regularly with the hybrid display on, so may have missed it reaching full. 

I seem to remember my RX400h reaching full then turning green.

Yes, it does display full, usually after a long downhill stretch.

Our CT does it regularly. Living in a mountain area where enging is on constantly when going up and hybrid Battery is full after just 3 - 7 km when going down again.

Thanks. I'll have to keep an eye on  it.  It was serviced just before i bought it, so it must have had a hybrid Battery check. I'll make sure.

I`ve never seen it more than 2 bars from the top John on my GS.

Mine goes green fairly often.

My RX does show full but only occasionally, and then it's only after a long downhill stretch of road.

In 4 years of owning an RX I have only seen it get that last top bar twice and both times was on my 2011 RX, never yet on the 2017 one.

Fired up this morning. Purple nearly empty showing on Battery charge. Within three miles on a flat road it had reached green!
