My Nikfisk pressure washer came with a cheap one like that. Trust me, you’d never go back once you’ve used a more professional type, they’re night and day in terms of application in my experience!

Demon Foam I have used. Seems to get it cleaner than it was!

The one from amazon is the one I got. The foam is unbelievable thick and a swine to swill off the ground. This foam sticks like the proverbial lol.
