The black trim on the door windows looks grubby and mouldy. Any recommendations to make it look good again?

As above, but I would add - you may want to repeat it few times starting from lower concentration and increasing it in case it doesn't work. 

Once cleaned, use some trim restoration product like Gtechniq T1 or C4... I would use T1 actually considering the trim was rather rough to begin with, C4 is more like preventative measure to keep the trim in good shape, but might highlight imperfections on very tired trim rather than hide them.
