Connected Services

Looking for some advice. I have a 17 plate RC F (only picked it up 10  days ago) and am trying to connect "Connected Services" I have a my Lexus account but cannot seem to get it to connect to the phone. Any one have issues with this or is it me ?

Have you got Personnel  Hot Spot on your phone activated as this solves most connectivity issues.?

Yes it is switched on but get a message "Connection not possible .(I.D.=00) "

What can you get from Connected Services?

And will my model have it (2015 RCF)?

It basically uses your phones internet access to search for places of interest,pubs,restaurants etc that may not be on the cars system. You also get travel reports updated.
