Upgrading radio in RX450h (2011) SE-I. Possible?

Hello Lexus chums. 

I couldn’t find anything on this specific topic, so here I go any help much appreciated. 
 

I’ve bought an RX450h SE-I (2011) and love it already. But I’m eager to replace the radio with something with DAB and other new features (the sort of touch screen and functionality you get with a double din such as apple CarPlay and whatnot). 
 

I’m struggling to work out if it’s even possible to replace or upgrade the radio/stereo. And, if so, what are my options?

Has anyone else done so?
