Independent Lexus Specialist

Hello Members,

I have just acquired the RX 400h SE and excited to getting familiar with the handling, hybrid system and also it's size, it feels huge after making the transition from a Honda Jazz!!! I would like recommendations for an independent specialist for servicing/repairs in or nearest to Wolverhampton (ASAP please). Any hybrid driving tips would also be appreciated.

Hi Bal. For your initial state of mind take your car to your nearest Lexus dealer. If only the once they'll give it a thorough going over and inform you of any problems if any. If you look on the Lexus website for essential services you may well be surprised what they charge plus you get a yearly hybrid health check.

Only if he`s really lucky on a 2006 model Vlad old pal.

No luck at all. I took my 07 is250 to Stockport and they treated it as a new car.

So, did that work in your favour or not Vlad ? Can you explain please ?

Lexus Stockport know me as a previous customer. They were pleased to see me back and treated my is250 as a new car and were honest enough to tell me they wouldn't MOT it as they'd fail it for a weeping rear shock absorber. They didn't want a fail showing on its MOT history.
