New member saying hello

Good morning everyone,I’ve come back to the fold!

Previously I have owned 2 Lexus Sc430’s  first was an import(badged as a Soarer) black paint and black interior,my second was a U.K Montrose blue with cream leather,they were so reliable,I owned the blue one for nearly nine years in that time the only two things that needed doing were the o2 sensors and the boot struts(I seem to remember I had three pairs).I sold the Sc430 4 years ago as after a replacement knee I struggled to get in and out,I still miss it when the sun shines!Last March I had an invite from Lexus to try the Lexus Ux out for 48 hours,I really loved the car I thought it was really nice to drive and size wise it suited us down to the ground as there is only the two of us plus the dog.At the start of this year I seriously started looking and in Feb purchased a 6 month old Ux Takumi F-sport,it was owned by one of the Lexus dealers and had only covered 1700 miles,it’s in the Graphite black with the red interior.My only problem is not getting to drive it much but hopefuly that will all change soon.

Hi Ian and welcome back to the fold. What car did you have between your last SC430 and your UX? The UX is s cracking car. Had one for a day whilst my is250 was in for a service. Go to the UX section of the forum, you'll find tons of info there if needed. Enjoy your new car.

Hi Vlad,thanks for the welcome,the car I had for the last 4 years was a Toyota CHR,and yes already had some pointers from the U.X forum,very helpful.
