you changed your pre-cats yet Robert

i borrowed the boroscope from work and had a peek - they are in 100% A1 condition, in fact they look brand new, (we have some at work exactly the same)

but did notice when fitting the SC back that there was small hole in the manifold that comes off the supercharger on a casting point - got that welded today and i have cheked all the pipes also, have not checked the plugs though.

From 3krpm in 3rd to 60mph still in 3rd took about 4.5 secs.

Did it several times and was the same give or take a tenth or 2.

Any help ??

Hi Tony,

many thanks for the timings etc, ( no one else seems to have bothered ;) ) i am getting about 5 ish seconds, so there is room for improvement somewhere - check plugs next.

Dave, can u check also for me pls? doesnt matter if the precats are out.

no boost guage - dont want to look "boy racer esque"(sp?)

cheers rob

Just tried this in an Altezza, just to compare....but thought you said 40-80!

Started to think there was something wrong with the Tezza, when it took 7 secs!

Came back and read the thread again,,, feel a whole lot better now :)

i would have helped you out mate if i had a S/C is200
