direct result of the countries adoption of the American style litigation culture imho.

these days everyone who breaks a toe nail tries to sure someone over it .

I suspect the pool is worried about someone being hit by a person not looking where they are going, and then being sued for a stupid amount of money to cover the compesation for injuries and emotional trauma of the incident.

agreed Matt,, but then they should also ban the front crawl, as done properly you only see the one side, and als the bottom of the pool.. defently you wont be looking ahead..

This pool is only five miles from my home but I've never been.. The one round the corner with slides and waterfalls and big waves is MILES better.. I hope the council don't remember that the "FUN" pool exists.. They might close it down for fear of people having too much FUN FUN FUN.... :D :D
