Hi guys,

I've been having some issues with Bluetooth Metadeta not being updated when changing tracks whilst using Spotify. This could possibly be a Spotify issue from what I've been reading online. 

I did however wonder if there were any software updates for the Multimedia system.

Mine currently says:

Model ID: 15LWENEU-BB01

Hard: 86130-30G50

Navigation: VC83100H

 

Does anybody know?

Using Bluetooth and  Spotify from an Iphone, the track info has never updated or changed when it moves onto the next track.

only updates when you change to the next or previous track manually.

Same thing happens in my RCF when using Bluetooth, either with android or Iphone.
If I plug the phone into the usb instead, it shows the correct song title and artist for each new track.

Thanks guys, hopefully some sort of remedy will be found in due course. I'll keep looking.

I use an android Google Pixel 4XL. Bluetooth connection and I use YouTube media, I don't have this problem .
