Passenger window buttons not working

Hi

I am new here and I have very gratefully just had my first question answered by Nic I think. Very helpful. 
 

The passenger window on my 2003 SC430 goes down when lowering the roof but neither button works. Hoping someone might have a suggestion of what might be the problem and a possible solution.

I'm not sure from the description but it could be a faulty switch or may just need a reset. Check the window lock button is okay first and then go to the passenger door window button. Press it to see if it will nudge up or down slightly. You may be able to feel if the motor is trying to operate.
