Yep weird sensation when the limiter cuts in .......just feels like the transmission has disconnected drive.

Hmm, me and electrical stuff really don't get on, I wonder if it's easy to get a diagram.

I have no information on the later models, on mine it was just cutting a link in the Cruise Control ECU.

Back in the day when I had my Soarer (3 of them actually) Admiral was surprisingly cheap on the insurance, even though they were an import. But that was about 8/9 years ago
