Customer Service Call

Just recieved a call from Customer Service Centre SC3 regarding my views and opinions on the issues I have had with my local dealer. Very interesting to see that they are taking an active interest in individuals who have had issues. They were adament that they would be improving the service considerably over the next few months.

Any one else had any calls of this nature? And if so, what was the purpose and outcome?

I made a call to customer services Tuesday in reference to the cost of GAP through Lexus. They had no idea what I was going on about; got a call back yesterday they said it is up to the dealers to charge what like want basically. Not a good policy in my opinion, prices vary by £350.00 across six dealers I rang!

I've finally just started seeing the quality of service that Lexus is meant to be famed for. I had made Lexus UK aware of my issues and after pointing out I'm in the position to change me car regularly, they were really good and I'm now getting good service through Octogon Lexus in Bracknell. It took a bit of time though.
