Lexus link not so great

Has anyone else noticed the Lexus link app is terrible at locating your car?

Just checked mine out of boredom, according to the app, my car is in motion, which it’s not as it locked in the garage.

And, when it does find it at home, it tells me it’s parked 9 doors down from my house!

not too important I grant you, but if Lexus offer all this connectivity, it should at least work properly.

Yes the Lexus link App has very basic functionalities.

My car has sat at "complete the activation process" since I got it 3 months ago. I just says "All done! We're processing your request which may take up to 24 hours." I did email the dealership a couple of months ago and never had a reply. Now I've got some time off I may actually follow up on it.

Since the car has either been on the drive or had me in it since I got it, it hasn't been a priority 🙂

I will say that it looks very basic. Having said that, I got this one to replace a 2017 NX so having ANY connected functionality is terrific. Carplay (particularly with the Carplay2air adaptor) has made the upgrade worthwhile on it's own for me (well, maybe a slight exaggeration, but only just!).
