Hi bought my first Lexus and im so chuffed

Everytime i get in to drive home from work im beaming. My 2010 F sport IS250. What a car. I have never really looked at Lexus except their Luxury SUVs. Beemer 3 series man through and through till now. My 250 with 145k with full dealership service history from new. Drives like new and is so quiet too quiet i often dont realise i havent switched the engine off when im on my drive. That been said there are few newbie questions regarding maintenance and servicing. When should the serpentine belt, plugs coil packs all fluids be changed? What am i to look out for at this age and mileage? 

Upgrades the Xenon lighting is poor would like to upgrade bulb suggestions pls also all interior and puddle lights to leds. Audio the Mark Levinson unit has anyone installed Vline 2 from Grom Audio and or installed an amp and sub woofer?

Bulbs: I think ... I went for OSRAM XENARC NIGHT BREAKER UNLIMITEDs

New bulbs made a big difference.

Here is a link answering most of the maintenance questions you have, the spark plugs should have been replaced last at 120,000 miles so you still have a good life left on them if they were.

Coil packs rarely fail and are not a service item.

No cam belt to worry as it is chain driven however regular oil changes are essential, official is every year or 12,000 miles but many owners do every 6000.

Sepentine auxiliary belt is normally every 60,000 miles.
