Any product recommendations for looking after my new LC500 sport + leather & Alcantara seats and trim.

If it's new, maybe leave alone for now?

( I like Autoglym for leather. )

I agree with Piers, I use a lot of Autoglym products, and rate them highly, but I'd leave alone until it actually needs cleaning, personally.

I would just gently vacuum it occasionally using a soft brush to get in any crevices, certainly nothing “chemical” at this stage of its life.

Lovely colour by the way.

I find one of the old skool wooden handled shaving brushes is ideal for soft and gentle agitation without the possibility of damage even if you press too hard.
