Is250 2010 rear lights

Do the the rear lights from a 2010 fit a 2006? I prefer that clear “L” reverse light bit.

They do, but you also need to change the wiring harness to the 2010+ one.

@J Henderson - are you sure? I am sure front lights with DLRs require new harness, but I thought that rear lights are plug-n-play.

Just going off what US guys have posted on clublexus. The connector is a different shape apparently.

I think ISF lights are plug & play though.

I'd take them out first to see what is there. Even take a photo or 2. Then search for the 2010 ones and see if they are same or not (plug connectors i mean).

They fit and you DO NOT need any wiring modifications whatsoever. I had these installed on my 2006 IS250. Pictures of my old lights below. I eventually switched over to the VLAND rears. The only modification you need to do is bend back two of the metal tabs on the boot-lid where the light fits. I put a comparison pic of the metal tabs so you can see below

Thanks for those pics! Can I just change the bootlid lights and not the corner ones?
