What I get from a service

As part of the agreement of buying the car, Lexus have agreed to do its 2 year service (10k). So, apart from the stamp in the book, what else should I expect paperwork wise. (Details of work done as part of service, a paper certificate of the hybrid condition? Etc)

You've named them, a tick sheet of the work carried out and a certificate for the Battery which gives you guarantee for the Battery.

And you should receive an invoice telling you what has been done. It won`t need to be paid !

Agreed. An invoice stating £0. I'd want the £0 invoice, the checklist and the hybrid health certificate. I'd probably settle for the latter two though.
