Buzzing/Rattling sound from ventilation.

Hi Guys

I have a Lexus IS 200D 2,2 from 2010, 212.000 km. There is some rattling noise from the ventilation. I removed the radio to see if there is anything loose, but I can't find anything. I've recorded some videos and uploaded them to YouTube. Hope somebody can help me. This is so annoying :-)

Have you checked the pollen filter?

I can't  really make much out from those very short vids ( apart from the derv doing what it does best!) 

And +1 on above re cabin filter but remember to only ‘play’ with it in ‘’Recirculating” mode or you may break the door/servo linkage.

Check out the thread below, and I have actually got that piece of rubber/foam in my car right now which must have been fitted by a dealer prior to my ownership.

Hi guys

Thanks for the replies. The problem is it only happens at 2000 rpm. It comes slightly and the stops when I pass 2000 rpm. 

I will try to put up another video. I tried the pollen filter. 

I attached a picture do describe where the sounds come from or I believe comes from. When I put a hand on that area it vibrates when the rattling sounds come on.

The picture shows the white ventilation box.
