If the RX450 has aluminium doors it must be a very unusual lightweight version!  I have just checked by putting a pretty lightweight magnet on mine and it's strongly attracted to it so must be steel.  I think it might be possible for a specialist to repair it.  You could take further pics and send them for an opinion as to whether it was worth driving to specialst for quote or just drive there as car looks drivable.  Alternatively, you could ask breaker for a price of used door plus repainting if required.  The latter would be my preference.

Other than the front and rear bumpers (the metal bar not the covers) I don't believe there are any aluminium body parts on the series III RX - certain the doors and sills are varying grades of high strength steel, and the arch behind the door is non high strength steel.

The outer shell of the door can be purchased/replaced rather than the whole door & frame - depending if the frame isn't damaged - needs some welding and painting. A complete door from a breakers may be easier/cheaper, especially if you can get one in the same colour.

Definitely looks like the sill will need some fabrication work.

No its only the outer shell which is damaged. The chrome hybrid insignia and the bottom plastic plate damaged completely...

Could depend on how original you want the repair to look at the end. If you don't mind the odd imperfection would look to a bodyshop willing to take the work on as a full repair. Sometimes making the car look 'as new' actually highlights more issues with the rest of the car.

Anyway, take the car to a few repairers and see what they say and have a look at the kind of repairs they are doing.

Can't tell from picture but until you sort out what to do, I would ensure no water is entering vehicle as arround the rear seat is a particularly bad place for any water to find it's way.

From experience with a silver gen3 car work to a door will require most of the side of the car repainting to lose the repair.
