Quick question - has anyone recently had a problem with ladies foundation makeup staining the black vinyl seats on their NX 300 -  leaving a kind of faint white deposit ?

As it is makeup. why not try a removal pad for mascara etc. If it's safe for a girl's face then it should work on vinyl.

We occasionally get white finger marks from makeup on our leather seats and door trim but it comes straight off with leather treatment.

Ditto, sun cream in the summer and hand cream in the winter. Oh, and glitter if I chauffeur on a girls night out!!! :shocking:

All comes off with leather cleaner or Meg's interior detailer. I'd try the latter on the vinyl or baby wipes or micellar water (fancy!)

Many thanks for the tips guys!  I wouldn't mind but I swear these stains came after I used the leather wipes Lexus left in the car when I picked it up! These included a stain on the upright part of the front passenger seat.  My wife doesn't usually wear makeup on her back! 😆
