Google is your friend.

Entering "Lexus P1349" (without the quotes) into Google brings back lots of results, none of which seem to indicate a cheap fix.

It looks like P1349 is something to do with the Variable Valve Timing.

You can't just "find the part" without proper diagnostics first.

The error code (in your case P1349) is just a starting point for more investigation.
