My cigarette lighter keeps blowing my mobile phone adaptor’s 

ive bought a new lighter from Lexus at a cost of £50 but still is doing the same thing 

does anyone know what fuse the cig lighter works on 

I found it to be a 15amp but someone could have changes it before I bought the car 

my lighter in the arm rest and back are working fine

Could it be the phone adaptor that's at fault?

Does it blow the adaptor instantly? If so, I suspect wrong polarity in connecting cables to plug.
