Oh dear. I was just looking at some of the flooding pics this morning. Hope you get it sorted.

It almost reached the seats but lucky it did not, I've got all the carpeting on the drying line.

Try and replace any felt. If that holds any mucky water it will stink when it dries.

Looks like you made the News! ( if it was your ISF?, can’t imagine many silver ones out and about in Scotland otherwise)

Carpet on the line drying.

All other padding and insulation binned.

Carpet will go back in once shampooing is done.

Going to work this morning can report it's not to noisy, so weight reduction will continue.

Put the seats on the scales since they were out, 59lbs each lol. Will be replacing them with Sparco GridQ seats later at 20lbs each.

Make the most of it 🙂

I never seen any of the flooding at all, must have been more central. Awful that its happened mate but good to see you are getting on with it and making the most of it

Did you weigh the rear bench? Most likely going to take that out for my next session at the strip if I feel its worth the effort (I'm hoping its heavy).

Hi Craig, rear seat base was 13lbs, I did not not have the back section out but they look to be built the same way, maybe back section is a about 15lbs due to the centre arm rest.

The base pulls up at the front out of clips then slides forward, rear is bolted in place.

The sound insulation under the carpet was soaking wet and the insulation that is glued to the carpet underside, all in the bin. Only putting back the very light carpet to make it presentable and hide my cheating lol

Front seats are way to heavy for the drag strip or a track day, 59lbs each oof.

Cant wait to get my Sparco GridQ seats, 20lbs each.

I'm keeping rear seat for passengers.

Cheers Mark, not as worthwhile as I was hoping (watch me get a 13.0001 now with it in)
