Has anyone fitted these to an LS430?

Iv'e got these parts on order, lower front control arms and lower ball joints, and I may fit them myself if time allows.  Has anyone else done them, and was it fairly straighforward?  Looking at the Rockauto site I wish I had ordered new upper control arms and done it all at the same time.  Not even choosing their cheapest ones they're only £158 for the pair delivered, including VAT, a very good price I think, plus a three year warranty.

I have only fitted the lower ball joints to mine which made the clunk on full lock go away

Likewise, my last MOT warned of wear on these lower bushes, so keen to hear if any special tools or just muscle is required for this job.

With it being such a heavy car I'm always worried about my safety?
