From your pictures that appears to be the front lower suspension wishbone rear mounting bush. This is nothing to do with the engine or transmission.

If you search eBay you will find many more. You can buy just the bush without the alloy housing, but you then need a press to push the bush out, and in.
You can also buy uprated versions that use a plastic instead of rubber but these can transmit more road noise.

These are lower control arms bushes and us LS430 need to replace them once we hit 130K plus miles

Paul Frost sell them for the 430 complete with the carriers so all you do is undo the bolts and swap over - barely takes 5 minutes

If yours are soft that you can push your finger in then they will need replacing

These are quite famous in the 2nd gen IS community - and the 3rd gen GS happens to be much the same underneath.

A common upgrade is to install the RC-F/GS-F bushings, or to completely swap them out for polyurethane ones - whether it's due to front tire wear (softer bushings = more dynamic toe) or for steering precision/feel. I went with GS-F on my own.

Where to buy - from what I've read, there are quite a few Lexus dealers in the UK that are reasonable, plus the site sponsors...
