When i bought my ES i knew it wasn't able to tow anything, but i assumed i would be able to carry two bikes .
Sadly i learned today that there is no system available to carry two bikes on the backside of the car, as there is in almost all other Lexus models

Comme on Lexus, in this day and age the possibility to transport one or two bikes should be the minimum !

i looked at their system, sadly the max weight is about 35 lb (16 kilo's) per bike, mine is a electric one weighing around 55 lb ( 27 kg) and this for 2 bikes

Hello. Purchased new es300h in June 2021. I have an electric bike weighing 27 kg. Purchased Saris Bones kit for rear boot fitting from Halfords as advised by them. The boot lid cannot bear the weight of this bike it distorts the top of boot lid and also the area where the three feet  touch the surface. Halfords advised its immediate removal and gave full refund. Pity that this model from Lexus cannot cope with modern electric bikes as well as some of the sturdier non electric bikes. First time I have ever had a car that cannot take a tow bar or carry a bike. Great pity as salesman said he carries three bikes on his.
