Hi..

I have just purchased a used ES 300h Takumi ... 20 plate, registered March 2020.. 1300 miles..

In my enthusiasm pre-purchase I downloaded both the User Manual and the Navigation Manual to peruse..

I took possession of the vehicle today and have just noticed, that I have only the User Manual and the Service Booklet .. No Navigation Manual..

I have contacted the Lexus Dealer, who assures me that a Navigation manual is NOT included with any new vehicles...  just the User Manual

Could anyone who has recently purchased a new ES 300h inform me if a Navigation Manual was included with their purchase...

I phoned Lexus customer support 03450400451 who sent my a hard copy of both manuals free of charge! Although this was for a 2017 model.
