Hi, how long does is it usually take before the membership pack is sent out ? Just I'll need to show my membership card for a major service i have booked at Hedge End next Weds 8th July, without it i wont get the 15% discount.

Packs go out on friday so you should get on Sat or Monday at the latest as they get sent 1st class.

 I see Steve has now replied with an update, no problem l’m always happy to help a fellow member,  my commission rate funnily enough is 15% 😀😀😀😀😀

Pretty sure you will recoup more than your membership cost on your first service.
