Good morning wondering if anyone could help I recently purchased a 2004 Lexus RX300 petrol 3.0. The car has dropped to the passenger side however the shocker is brand new. The button in the car to raise and lower the suspension is inoperative.

Is it brand new from Lexus, brand new from eBay or somewhere in between? Even for a new part from the dealer “brand new” doesn’t necessarily mean “good”.
