thought about selling the IS

today i had a test drive of a 16 plate RC300h premier in the hope of buying it but what a let down it was

i thought the premier would of been better than this.

likes

bodywork styling

tyre pressure screen

dislikes

7" screen split in 2

no radar & Pcs

no active lines on the rear camera

road & wind noise

track pad

ML audio (cd left in car by dealer)

no mpg display

 

so i'll be staying with the IS now it feels a much better car

radar and PCS were an option, not standard on the Premier grade.

I think the screen can be taken out of split screen mode?

I had similar feelings with the loaner UX. Road noise and in-cabin comfort were just miles away from the IS.

Really, I liked the UX loaner I had. Definitely quieter than my old IS F Sport due to smaller/narrower tyres.
