New RX450H owner queries

Hi everyone,

I just bought my second Lexus and went for a 2010 RX450H, full service history and in great condition.

in saying that I have a few spots of rust, in particular the boot struts, rear break disks and certain parts in the engine. Has anyone else experienced this and recommendations? 
 

Also does anyone know where to get replacement hybrid side emblems, can’t seem to find them anywhere online?

Appreciate any help anyone can give me.

I have a funny feeling that you have to replace the whole chrome section on the back door to replace the badge. That’s what the dealer did under warranty when ours were replaced, as the blue surround started to peal off. Unfortunately it’s happening again on one side.
