Xenon vs standard headlight?

Hi all,

New to the lexus forum and lexus cars in general. I have an is220d that I picked up very cheap off a friend that has had a light front end bump, basically just needs a new bumper and headlight. 

Anyway looking at the headlights I've noticed it has Xenon headlights with the cornering feature. The only issue with the headlight itself is that the lense and housing is cracked, I just wanted to know if the housing is the same on the standard headlights if so would it be possible to switch over the Xenon parts to a standard headlight unit? Just that its the different between spending £50 or £150.

Any help appreciated.

Lens are the same, shame i just got rid of 2 replaced both of mine for new ones.
