Pages jumping up and down

I initially thought it was an ipad glitch but it’s the same on my windows laptop.

I am looking at a page on the LOC and occasionally the page will scroll up and then back down to to where it was?

Anyone else seeing this?

i am on firefox 76.0.1 its been happening to me for a couple of weeks

I thought it was my new windows 10 laptop. A right pain. Also more ads to close.

It seems to be happening on all browsers, I use Safari and MS Edge. Not had any ads pop up.

I’ll let Steve know.

can you test this again please. i changed something. trying to eliminate the problem. not seeing this issue as a guest or logged in.

I'm getting the same problem as I read this thread. I've had it happen a few times just lately. It's not the end of the world though.
