Hi!

I have some trouble with Aisin a650e 35-50LS. It doesn't matter wich position gear lever is car tries to move forward. Gearbox oil is good and there is right amount of it. Somebody told me that there might be some issues with boot lid wiring but they are also intact. What should i check next?

Posted

Boot lid wiring issues only affected early LS400 models between 1990-1994.

Transmission diagnostic codes first job, possible shift solenoid issues.

Sorry i forgot to tell that there was no codes

What car is the transmission fitted to?

Initial checks would be the shift linkages and selector switch.

Toyota celsior ucf20 1997. It tries to go forward no matter witch position selector switch is in gearbox. Even if linkage is disconnect. We've tested without plug and it still wants to coast.
