Guys 

I’m from UK and own a IS300H and just came across Lexus Enform app out of curiosity if I can remotely start and unlock my car. But learn that this is not available in UK. Any ideas to why and if it’s going to available? Any info will be appreciated. Thank you in anticipation.

Very grey area legally I believe, especially if you're referring to an app that starts the engine while you're not in attendance. And insurance would be unlikely to pay out if some scrote jumps in.

Insurance companies have no issues with remote start via Apps.

I can unlock, start our Tesla using my phone App, once unlocked/started you can drive without the key.
