AVOID LEXUS SOUTHWEST LIKE THE PLAGUE

Take it from those that know, do NOT have any dealings with Mr John Churchill or his pseudo specialist Lexus dealership, Lexus Southwest. It’s being struck off as a registered company.

Confirmation of Companies House info:

Despite South West Lexus (SWL) website still being available and showing business as usual, Companies House has yet to strike out this trader. I have written twice now asking them for an explanation as to the lack of progress in shutting this business down.

 

Also worth noting, the same cars on SWL are advertised on eBay and Gumtree to name but two other sites, but with differing locations and prices. The black LS can be found with the seller being referred to as ‘Alan’, different contact number but exactly the same image of the car on Mr C’s driveway. 
 

Finally, on the SWL website, details of a car soon to be available are provided. If true, he’s clearly not displaying any pro-activity in closing this particular outfit.

Companies House is a bit like DVLA at the moment--understaffed and inundated with requests.

You are entitled to inform Gumtree and eBay of the current situation re the records at Companies House, preferably by email.
