Rx450h major failures list

What are the major component failures suffered by the Rx450h I have only seen one on here of the guy who when puddle jumping and was told his transmission had failed .so number one transmission failure shall we do a list .

1) transmission failure fragments in drained oil only info .

Gen 4  2017 water pump replaced at 24000 miles under warranty (£1000+job). 

Gen 3  2015 Advance wheels refinished as goodwill due to lacquer issues in centre. 

Ditto 1 wheel replaced under manufacturers warranty on gen 4 Premier. 

Gen 4 2017 Premier fuel pump replaced October 2019 at behest of Lexus UK.

Hi Ollie’s grandad. I just wondered what was that thing about having a 2017 fuel pump replaced? What was that for? Was it a standard recall ?

Only if there are few others to talk about. The water pump seems to be the most commonly cited one.

It was on the service record during the time the car was for sale and is showing as being changed at the request of Lexus UK so was clearly some sort of standard recall. The car was registered 20th January 2017

Had the water pump discussion on Friday with service staff at Cheltenham. Was told Lexus,/Toyota use a smallish pump on their care in order to fit everything in to a small space and the pumps are therefore having to woea lot harder than a bigger pump hence the failure
