Hello I just had the engine management light on so took it and had it read he showed me the test result which said Catalytic converter low threshold bank 1 it also looked like bank 2 was the same he was very busy so asked me to go back next week but I wondered if it is usually the same part ? at fault so I can get a idea of costs . thanks for any ideas or help.

Could be a blow in your exhaust,petrol cap not tightened up properly or something more serious like your catalytic converter on its way out
