This very worthwhile extra bundle of kit is now optional on UK cars, from 3 February 2020, for no extra cost if you choose Premium Plus specification. It comprises Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Cross Traffic Alert with Auto Brake (stops you hitting walls and cars!), and Intelligent Clearance Sonar.   Yes, free!

On the Premium Pack it’s a £745 extra cost.  I reckon it’s a good reason to choose the Plus, and actually more relevant for me than keyless entry or powered steering tilt.  

If you’re not a spec nerd ignore the above. You can tell I’m still choosing!

Well, it depends whether you’re starting with the standard UX, or the F Sport which already includes the Premium pack. I’m more interested in the F Sport, mainly because of the electrically adjustable seats, and it’s £2,600 on that model.
