Hi all. New here and new to Lexus two weeks ago when I was lucky enough to take ownership of a RX450h registered last year. Alls well with the vehicle except this portal thing and a complete lack of understanding between myself and the well spoken lady on the voice control!

Please describe which model and colour you have. 

The portal and spoken lady are definitely some sort of black art which being on my 4th Lexus in less than 4 years are something that I have still to master 😂
