Online Navigation Map Update

Hi, having logged my car onto internet through WiFi, and having input the various codes and it being accepted by the Lexus website, I'm informed by the site that I have a free map update to download, so try as I might, the website just fails to function in progressing a download, the website shows Error 404 on occasions too.. (clearly their technical issue).  Has anyone succeeded in downloading this data ?

And finally, carefully, follow the instructions.

You’ll need a FAT32 flash drive of at least 16GB.

Then the joy of leaving the engine running for 1 hour whilst it updates the files.

Check with your dealer. The NX comes with free map updates for 3 yrs. let them do it. Less hassle.
