Auto headlamp night driving

I have a few months old nx Takumi (my second one ) having trouble with the auto headlamp not going  on high beam at night down dark roads even when set on auto had no problem with the last nx (same model ) has anyone had the same problem

Have you set the high beam switch on?

Yes I have set it up correctly it’s a 2019  model but thanks

Is the activation speed the same in both cars, i.e. are you going fast enough to trigger the system on?

I had the last nx 3years and no problem so I’m used to the model I’ve even checked this one at different speeds and no luck .many thanks for your help

I don't bother with mine as they only come on at 42 mph so is pritty useless around the unlit lanes near me.

I have a 2019 NX F Sport with the AHS system. As long as the Auto switch is on and the Main Beam stalk is pushed on, at 36mph or so, the main beam activates. If you've done all that then you may have a fault!
